Standard court reservations are ₱500 per court-hour (₱2,000 for the required 4-hour minimum). Approved applicants receive our Special Rate of ₱450 per court-hour (₱1,800 for 4 hours), valid Monday through Sunday.

All court reservations require a minimum of 4 consecutive hours. Customers can also reserve longer continuous sessions (e.g., 5 or 6 hours) subject to availability.

Yes. Because our facility operates 24/7, reservations spanning across midnight (for example, from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM) are fully supported on our booking calendar.

You can book a court online directly through our website at /book. Simply choose your reservation date, court (Courts 1–5), and starting time slot (4 consecutive hours minimum). Enter your player details, optionally request Kids Room access, and proceed to payment. Guest booking is welcome—no account or membership required.

During online checkout, your chosen court slot is held for 15 minutes while you scan our official merchant QR Ph code using any Philippine banking or e-wallet application (such as GCash, Maya, BDO, or BPI). After completing the transfer, enter your transaction reference number into the booking portal to submit your payment proof.

No. Submitting a transaction reference number places your reservation into payment review. Facility staff independently verifies the transaction receipt before confirming the booking and issuing your confirmation.

The Special Rate offers approved applicants, organized groups, and teams an ongoing rate of ₱450 per court-hour (instead of the standard ₱500/hour) for eligible bookings Monday through Sunday (minimum 4 consecutive hours).

Yes! Our Grand Opening Promotion runs from November 7 through November 12, 2026 (Asia/Manila). Morning court slots (06:00 to 14:00) are priced at ₱400 per court-hour, while afternoon and evening slots (15:00 to 24:00) are ₱450 per court-hour (4-hour minimum). Gaps or unspecified hours follow normal rates, and discounts do not stack.

Yes. Customers with an eligible court reservation can request access to our dedicated Kids Room play area. An adult guardian must sign the child in/out, agree to safety rules, and remain on the facility premises during the session.

Kids Room access is ₱100 per hour per family/guardian session—not per child. One family with 1, 2, or 3 children pays the same flat rate of ₱100 per hour. Partial hours are rounded up to the nearest hour.

No. Kids Room charges are calculated from actual physical usage upon facility checkout and are paid separately (₱0 added to your initial court checkout).

Yes. The facility features one physical Kids Room, but multiple families can use it concurrently subject to capacity limits. Each family has an independent session timer, consent record, and billing invoice.
